At American Giant, we stand by the quality of our American-made gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original condition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we've made our domestic return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
